Job Summary:

We are growing our Client Delivery Team! The ideal Client Delivery Consultant will work with clients and collaborate with project team members to coordinate activities, implementing software features and products for online banking and payment platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Writes Statements of Work (SOWs), requirements analysis, impact analysis as required.
• Independently, or as part of a team, defines the product vision for a variety of products of significant scope, complexity and revenue potential.
• Coordinates and interfaces with client activities throughout the project lifecycle, updating budgets and other necessary client-facing collateral, ensuring adequate support and direction is given throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducts or participates in discovery sessions on projects.
• Shares knowledge and specific product implementation strategy with other members of the team as requested.
• Coordinates functional, cursory and regression testing.
• Delivers post-implementation support and closes the project off for final billing when complete.
• As an independent contributor, or as part of a team, works with clients on their implementation needs, and supports the project from start to finish.
• Generates requirements documents and change orders for engineering teams to execute.
• Coordinates the activities of Implementation Analysts where the project size and complexity require additional efforts.
• Coordinates the code deployments to QA environments and assist the client with UAT testing.
• Monitors expenditures in accordance with the budget
• Works with the engineering teams as they develop their code / configurations, answering questions and confirming requirements.

What you'll have:

• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Business Analysis and Project Management work experience required. CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment.
• Financial Services background is preferred, especially in digital, online banking platforms technology services.
• Communicates effectively orally and in writing, with clients, technical teams and co-workers.
• A university degree in computer science, business, or other related discipline with an IT focus.
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience and minimum 3 years consulting and/or project management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and time management skills.
