Who we are:

Petals Biocosmetics Inc is a wholesaler of professional skin care products that are sold to licensed aestheticians, salons, and spas throughout Canada and United States.

We are seeking an experienced aesthetician with significant knowledge in skin care. Must have experience in customer service, good interpersonal and communication skills, and have sales experience. The role includes daily administrative duties, order processing and development of new business opportunities with various retailers such as Skin Care and Spas, schools, etc.

Role Summary

Primary responsible for entering orders, preparing documents, and arranging shipments. This person will also be responsible for making calls to our existing client base to share information on specials, new products, etc. as well as making cold calls to new potential clients who may be interested in opening an account.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Taking incoming calls and processing orders as required.
• Engage and respond to customer inquiry.
• Encourage up sells on new products or sale products.
• Develop new business opportunities by making opening sales calls and emailing Skin Care Clinics, Spas, doctor offices, aesthetic schools, etc.
• Other duties as required.
• Making customer care calls to existing clients, opening lines of communication to create interest in our company’s product line.
• Ability to go through facial and other spa treatments with customers on the use of the products.
• Follow up on all telephone inquiries and web inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assisting with training in-house and on-site, workshops, trade shows and seminars as required
• Educate and nurture new leads and opportunities until outside sales involvement is appropriate
• Conduct prompt follow-up to leads generated by shows, marketing campaigns.
• Assist with Inventory control and Stock.
• Working knowledge of professional products to advise best suited for each skin type.

Experience Required

• Customer Service experience – minimum 2 years
• Esthetics experience – minimum 2 years
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel and Outlook)
