We are currently seeking a warm, friendly and compassionate registered massage therapist to add to our team. As Hillside continues to grow we hope to add in a variety of practitioners to make the centre a convenient place to address many aspects of health care in one location.

Role Description

This full-time or part-time position is for a Registered Massage Therapist located in the beautiful small town of Rockwood, ON. As an RMT at Hillside Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for providing evidence-informed massage therapy to clients in accordance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) guidelines and standards of practice. You will assess clients, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to clients and foster a positive team environment.

We offer a bright spacious treatment room in a brand new building, flexible hours and are open to either percentage split or fixed rent. There is on-site laundry and digital charting with JaneApp software. At Hillside we have a commitment to work-life balance. Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate client records
• Completion of a Massage Therapy diploma or certificate program from a recognized institution
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create rapport with clients
• Must be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Ability to comply with CMTO guidelines and standards of practice
• Bonus: experience in a clinical setting or working with clients with complex medical conditions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
