Responsibilities

• Perform various massage techniques based on clients' needs and preferences
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the clinic for integrated patient care.
• Educate clients about massage therapy benefits, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Communicate effectively to understand clients' concerns, goals, and desired outcomes.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Assess clients' health history, physical condition, and concerns to determine treatment plans.
• Manage schedules, documentation, and billing tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy program and holding a valid RMT license/certification.
