As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and resource allocation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks
- Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights
- Gather and interpret data from various sources, such as market reports, customer feedback, and internal databases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software
- Previous experience or knowledge in the industry/domain of the organization is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
