Position: Customer Success Manager
Tenure: Part-Time (temporary-to-permanent)
Compensation: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Toronto, ON
Position Overview:
Our client is an all-in-one senior facility management platform dedicated to saving time for staff, cutting operating costs for homes while enhancing the resident experience. Reporting into the VP of Sales and Business Operations, they are looking for a part-time Customer Success Manager to start working immediately. The successful hire will need to be comfortable traveling as required (within Canada) and be comfortable working full-time when suitable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Consult with VP of Sales and Business Operations discussing action plans and follow-ups
· Manage existing clients to ensure platform satisfaction (inclusive of a point-of-sale product)
· Educate clients further on the flexibility and capability of the software
· Ensure the software is utilized in a way that best suits individual home needs
· Tend to any issues and escalate as needed
· Guide clients through products and services providing customized solutions
· Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients while handling requests in a timely and professional manager
· Attend conference calls/meetings as required both internally and with clients
Must Haves:
· At least 2-3 years experience using a POS software (healthcare industry)
· Post-secondary education in Computer Application, Software, IT, Hospitality or related field
· Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and nurture positive rapport with clients
· Experience working in the food industry while handling technology is an asset
· Previous technical customer support experience is an asset
· Positive attitude is critical
· Ability to handle stress and pressure well
· Able to travel within Canada with no restrictions (Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia)
· Committed to working part-time and full-time once required
