The Day To Day
- Provide solutions and other product offerings through site demos and presentations to customers
- Own entire sales-cycles and present agreements to executives on a local and regional basis
- Ensuring the success of our SME accounts through building trust-based relationships within our client organizations
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets in designated territory
- Responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining accounts while ensuring client satisfaction
- Drive proactive retention strategies for renewals and upside from existing customer base
- Educating customers on the full Shutterstock product portfolio identifying upsell opportunities
- Strengthening Shutterstock awareness within assigned account list
- Proficient in Salesforce or another CRM/MAP
- Proven results in consistently exceeding sales targets
- Effective with virtual meetings, phone and e-mail strategies in reaching decision makers and closing sales
- Ability to foster relationships with key decision makers
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in English
- Experienced with high-volume calling
- Solid and relevant experience in fast pace sales
