Job Title: Chief Executive Officer


  • Please note: This is a remote working solution, as such compensation is determined purely by performance, hence compensation is determined by your own level of activity and directly linked to the sale of products.

Responsibilities:


  • ·Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our reach and impact
  • ·Manage and develop a high-performing team
  • ·Oversee your own personal development and delivery of our personal development training courses
  • ·Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • ·Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to drive growth and profitability
  • ·Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company


Requirements:


  • ·Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ·Bachelor's degree or tertiary education in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • ·Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ·Passion for personal development and helping others achieve their goals
  • ·10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, personal development training, or a related field
