Chief Administrative Officer Jobs

• Lead the finance team and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
• Monitor business performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team and shareholders
• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting and controlling, especially reporting, forecasting, budgeting topics and internal-control activities of the organization
• Take ownership for all topic related to cash management, investments, insurance, taxation and financial reporting
• Lead the finance and controlling function as a close business partner to the CEO/MD of the company, especially as the company is executing on a growth strategy
• Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers (ex: payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR
• Analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
• Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant)
• Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
