Job Description
We're on the hunt for a CTO to join our client's fully remote, dynamic tech dream team. If you have a passion for technology and are as skilled at leading a team as you are at writing python and designing architecture, this could be your dream job.


Our client has a startup culture of fast paced innovation and creativity, but has been a respected name in their industry for over 10 years.


They are transitioning from external consultants to an in-house tech powerhouse. The current consultant, with years of experience, will be your guiding light throughout this exciting transition.


Your Mission


As their new CTO, you will help build and lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client's existing infrastructure while bringing their innovative visions to life. What sets this role apart is that every tech solution we build is used internally, creating an immediate and tangible impact on our client's business.


This Is The Right Role For You If You


  • Have a proven track record in building and managing complex data pipelines
  • Thrive as a leader and mentor to a diverse team of engineers
  • Expert in Snowflake (Bonus: Experience with Retool)
  • Have strong command of Postgres SQL
  • Proficient in Python
  • Have AWS mastery (EC2, S3, Cloudwatch)
  • Designed architectural solutions for complex data ecosystems before
  • Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Excel in solving unique problems with no established playbook
  • Experienced with Batch and Lambda
