Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strategic leadership
  • Establish and implement objectives and action plans to achieve production KPI's and delivery of final results
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate employees across: Production, Shipping and Receiving, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting, and HR
  • Steer continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 5 years experience in a senior leadership role, in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
