M.U.S.T. Foundation is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated volunteer Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Fundraising Manager. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a strategic financial plan to ensure the nonprofit's sustainability.

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, and coordination of audit activities.

- Facilitate the annual budgeting and planning process.

- Leverage understanding of nonprofit finances to present financial information to board members and other stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.

- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising initiatives and events.

- Develop and nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

• Qualifications

- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Officer, or similar role, preferably within a nonprofit context.

- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.

- Experience with fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
