• ·Manage and develop a high-performing team
• ·Oversee your own personal development and delivery of our personal development training courses
• ·Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our reach and impact

Requirements:

• ·Bachelor's degree or tertiary education in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field
• ·Passion for personal development and helping others achieve their goals
• ·Proven track record of success in a leadership role
• ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ·Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• ·10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, personal development training, or a related field
