Chief Engineer Of Fuel Cell Stack Design

职责描述：

1.依据电堆技术及系统整车应用需求，指导编制电堆低温自启动开发技术路线及目标分解；

According to the application requirements of fuel cell stack technology and the whole vehicle of the system, guide the compilation of the low-temperature self-starting development technical route and target decomposition of the fuel cell stack;

2.负责电堆低温自启动机理的研究；

Be responsible for the study of low temperature self-starting mechanism of fuel cell stack;

3.负责电堆低温自启动测试方案的制定和测试规范的编写；

Be responsible for the formulation of low-temperature self-starting test scheme for fuel cell stack and the compilation of Test specifications;

4.负责电堆低温自启动测试评价指标及标准的制定；

Be responsible for the formulation of evaluation indexes and standards for low-temperature self-starting Test of fuel cell stack;

5.负责分析开关机及吹扫策略对冷启动影响的分析，并针对冷启动策略的开发制定关机及吹扫策略；

Be responsible for analyzing the influence of on-off and purging strategies on cold start, and formulating shutdown and purging strategies for the development of cold start strategies;

6.负责依据试验结果对系统控制策略及电堆总成零部件设计提出优化改进建议；

Be responsible for proposing optimization and improvement suggestions on system control strategy and parts design of stack assembly according to test results;

7.负责策划并组织开展低温自启产品对标，竞品分析，形成标杆/竞品数据库，为产品开发提供方向；

Be responsible for planning and organizing the benchmarking and competitive product analysis of low-temperature self-starting products, forming benchmarking/competitive product database, and providing direction for product development;

8.负责与国内外供应商、高校及科研院所开展技术交流，获取最新材料、设备、开发评价方法，以应用于电堆冷启动的开发；

Be responsible for carrying out technical exchanges with domestic and foreign suppliers, universities and scientific research institutes, obtaining the latest materials, equipment and development evaluation methods for application in the development of stack cold start;

9.负责电堆低温自启动流程的开发，完善产品开发体系；

Be responsible for the development of low-temperature self-starting process of stack and improve the product development system;

10.负责参与电堆级DVP策划，参与测试规范开发，负责低温自启开发过程中问题的分析与对策方案的制定。

Be responsible for participating in the planning of DVP at the fuel cell stack level, participating in the development of test specifications, and being responsible for the analysis of problems and the formulation of countermeasures in the process of low-temperature self-starting development.

任职要求：

1.10年以上燃料电池电堆领域的专业技术经验；

Over 10 years of professional technical experience in the field of fuel cell stack;

2.从事于冷启动仿真模型的搭建。

Engaged in establishing cold start simulation model.
