Are you ready to stir things up? We're in search of a Chief Instigator of Branding & Strategy. We need more than just a leader – we seek a trendsetter, a strategic maestro, a brand whisperer. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept it:

• Construct and implement strategic plans that are as groundbreaking as they are effective.
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency as reliable as the tides of English Bay.
• Lead and inspire your team, delivering on strategic projects with finesse and flair.
• Immerse yourself in market research and competitive analysis, spotting trends and opportunities as keenly as a sommelier distinguishes flavours.
• Innovate, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing strategies that leave us in awe.
• Use KPIs to measure our progress, sharing both our triumphs and lessons from our branding and strategic endeavors.
• Serve as the custodian of our brand, refining our identity, value proposition, and the principles we adhere to.

The Tools You'll Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Possess a Master's degree? Even better.
• Analytical dexterity and project management skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• A solid background as a Head of Branding, Strategy Director, or equivalent leadership role. We value experience over mere tenure.
• Leadership qualities that outshine the brightest northern lights. Yes, that's a call to you!
• Acquaintance with research methodologies and marketing analytics tools. Consider these your tools of the trade.
• A profound knowledge of marketing and branding trends, supported by a portfolio of victorious strategies you've crafted.
