Position Overview: Are you a marketing and branding aficionado with a burning desire to make a significant impact in the financial industry? OZ Capital is on the lookout for a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving brand awareness, creating captivating content, and ensuring the seamless administration of our CRM system. You will work closely with our Sr Management team to ensure long term growth and success of OZ Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to enhance OZ Capital's brand presence through various channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
2. Content Creation: Craft engaging and informative blog posts, website content, and marketing materials to communicate our value proposition effectively.
3. Event Coordination: Collaborate with our team to coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and events, ensuring our brand is well-represented.
4. Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM software, Salesforce, to streamline our sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the financial industry.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing to financial advisors and investors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
