About This Team
As lululemon Studio’s newest Senior Full Stack Engineer (focused on Front End), you’ll support the team in building beautiful interfaces with an eye toward performance. Build reusable component systems. Build for mobile-friendly experiences. Build robust systems backed by test suites, optimizing for avoiding and catching regressions. You’ll be joining our growing e-commerce team, and reporting directly to the Director of Cloud Services Engineering.
Your perspective will continue to drive improvement for lululemon Studio’s e-commerce site and we look forward to becoming a better organization because of it. You don't need to be a fitness buff, but you should be fired up about building technology that's going to change how people sweat!
a day in the life
Work closely with other fullstack software engineers to develop our ecommerce site and other frontend projects. Improve upon our frontend framework as well as our backend APIs and services. You will have the opportunity to work across the stack and with SREs focused on building out our infrastructure as code
Qualifications

• Next.js experience is an asset
• Curiosity to help optimize our frontend and backend development efficiency
• Segment integration experience is an asset
• Proven ability to work with large and small teams
• Experience developing in Python, Ruby, and Javascript
• Shopify app development/integration experience and Shopify custom front end experience is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 4-9 years of working in a similar Front End or Full Stack Engineering role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• React experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• PostgreSQL database experience
• Proven ability to work cross functionally with other engineering teams (mobile, device, product/design)
• Experience with AWS infrastructure: ECS, RedShift, S3, SQS
