Job Description
:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (Contract) with expertise in change management.

This role would also encompass duties that are related to project facilitation, co-ordination and change management. This contract position requires a candidate with strong business analysis capabilities, the ability to facilitate workshops, and a background in change management. The ideal candidate will hold certifications as a Business Analyst, along with preferred certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and OCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business, IT, and OT technology groups to seek and elicit business requirements for the project.
  • Utilize your strong business analysis skills to build end-to-end business process designs, focusing on desired outcomes.
  • Plan and deliver workshops with business focus groups to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Develop and implement change management processes in collaboration with business, IT, and OT technology groups to facilitate smooth project transitions.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and other relevant departments.
  • Apply your expertise in change management to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with process changes and work towards effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to business requirements and project goals.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project success.
  • Regularly assess project progress, identify any deviations from the plan, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends related to business analysis, process improvement, and change management.

    • Qualifications:

  • Certified Business Analyst with a proven track record of working in a similar role.
  • Preferred certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and OCM (Organizational Change Management).
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Strong ability to build end-to-end business process designs, considering business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Excellent facilitation skills to conduct workshops and gather insights from business focus groups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and practices, with the ability to build and deliver effective change management processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
