Inviting applications for the role of Business System Analyst
Are you the one we are looking for?
Requirements: Looking for a BSA with existing HR systems and/or workstream knowledge. We have a variety of different workstreams focusing on HCM, talent & recruiting, time management, performance reviews, learning, payroll, benefits, pension, compensation, etc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensures traceability is completed
- Assist Production support team in creation of Production support manual with detailed client developed processes/interfaces/reports in large scale projects.
- Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to the Technology Leads/Technology Delivery Leads.
- Participate in SIT and BAT execution status meetings led by QA team and collaborate with IT specialist to validate if defect raised is 'In accordance with expected result' or 'leading to discussion of PCR in case of missed requirement'.
- Support Business BA on any business requirements related to data/layout changes to ensure the information is captured accurately to support technical solutioning and completion of the requirements package.
- Requirement Management plan
- Requirements walkthrough with both Business and Technology partners and ensure Technology sign-off is in place to mark closure of Technology requirements
- Great relationship management, soft-skills and communication skills (verbal and written) and partnership skills
- Participate in PAT plan review meetings.
- Document Requirements Strategy in bigger initiatives (Programs)
- Coordination and support for Performance Testing (PCoE)
- Can put together the requirements package, knows all documents expected in the package
- Document functional requirements through research & impact analysis on current state system capabilities and existing work processes by working closely with Solution Designers/IT specialist
- Support Technology Leads/Delivery Leads in estimating project efforts, identifying risks, and assist in developing TS Project Plan
- Complete Requirement gap analysis
- Document Non-functional requirements in application centric centralized database by working closely with key technology partners like Technology Owners, Solution Architecture
- Support QA teams to walkthrough requirements, participate in test strategy sessions led by QA Manager and review of test cases including test conditions & expected results.
- Participate and support in Control Gap Assessment meetings to document security finding & its plan for remediation
- Participate in review of System Design Document and other supporting work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Outline what documentation is required for each workstream
Additional Tasks/activities handled
- Engage appropriate technical stakeholders (Enterprise Protect, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Security Architecture, TCOE, Accessibility, Performance, Mobile app teams) as required
- Participate in ROM (estimate) delivery process by gathering estimates from TS specialists and TS control partners as required.
- Business and Technology Stakeholders to be informed overall project delivery status through biweekly status reporting
- Participate in RFP, Discovery sessions (CDM) for bigger initiatives.
- Participate in PPA (Project Profiling Application) discussion; TL/Client leader to participate. In absence if TL, senior manager will need to participate.
- Participate in HR Intake Council meeting as required
- Participate in BTRA assessment discussion and 3PCRM discussion with vendor sessions (Vendor renewal projects)
