How You’ll Make an Impact
The Business Support Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the highest level of operations performance at all GCOC service centre locations. This role will communicate with and deliver support to: GCOC franchisees, GCOC operations field teams, and internal Valvoline business units (finance, marketing, etc). In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Administering programs, projects, and/or processes specific to Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Change.
- Administering master data related to pricing, incentives, and royalties. Coordinating with additional business units on continuous improvement of operating practices, such as record keeping systems and performance.
- Managing and processing orders for business support materials to franchisees.
- Leading the planning and execution of internal meetings, as well as large scale franchise/ company events.
- Managing communications with franchisees, suppliers, and/or Valvoline employees regarding administrative issues related to operations, facilities, or supply.
- Consulting and communicating with outside vendors to ensure continued and successful support of franchisees and business units.
