Knowledge of Controls & PLC architectures is an asset

Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset

Experience with continuous improvement techniques, including the use of mathematical models to improve warehouse flow and optimize fulfillment processes.

Must have excellent time management skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or relevant field

Minimum of three years of customer-facing administrative experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Administering programs, projects, and/or processes specific to Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Change.

Experience with building business cases, capturing benefits, evaluating trade-offs, and compiling the relevant decision records.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and risk management concepts.

2) Previous experience in Infrastructure or Technology Environment

In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

Manage office administrative procedures, including customer service, scheduling, and coordination of appointments.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Construction industry experience is an asset.

Post-secondary education is an asset.

Administrative experience: 2+ years (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Process Management.

• Hands on development, coding and debugging of business process management workflows and

• Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solution using Camunda.

• Should have excellent knowledge on Camunda Rest API and crafting embedded and remote

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specification using Camunda.

• Experience in working in SOA/Microservice Architecture using Camunda BPM.

Professionally manage the relationship with union members

Manage department budgetary resources and track via SAP

1 - 3 years experience as a supervisor in a unionized production department

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company including proper filing of all tax returns.

Plan and coordinate management and employee travel

Organize morale events and management offsites

Maintain and manage all operational licenses, including tax filings

Manage and approve monthly expense reports

Collaborate with site managers on a variety of general tasks/projects

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a regulated work environment is an asset
