HyperPop is a new digital marketing and creative agency based in Vancouver. Our core services are branding, paid ads, content writing, and email marketing. Directly reporting to the Design Manager, you are a highly skilled and creative Brand Designer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems for our clients, ensuring that all marketing collateral is visually cohesive and effectively communicates their brand values.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, content, social media, and client services to create design concepts and mockups for brand assets, as well as design marketing collateral such as brochures, sales decks, vinyl wraps, and posters. You will provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality design deliverables that align with brand standards and project requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role in a digital marketing or creative agency, and a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity design, marketing collateral, and digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is a must, as well as excellent English communication, collaboration, and project management skills. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into the team’s work.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, sales decks, vinyl wraps, posters, and merchandise that align with brand standards and project requirements.
- Keep the team updated on projects through effective communications in Microsoft Teams (communications) and Monday.com (task/project management).
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems for clients.
- Ensure the proper organization of all created documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, content, social media, and client services, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication across all channels.
- Create design concepts and mockups for brand assets, including logos, typography, colour schemes, and imagery.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity design, marketing collateral, and digital design.
- Experience in EOS is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Management experience is an asset, but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role within an agency.
- Detail-orientated.
- Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite and other design tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Additional Information
- This position is hybrid, so you can choose the work setting that allows your best performance. However, you will be required to go to the office, meet clients in person, and attend industry or networking events from time to time.
- This position is permanent and full-time.
- You must be in the Metro Vancouver area.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year
