W H A T - I S - T H E C A L E N D A R ?


The Calendar is a students-for-students social enterprise building community and maximizing the student experience here at UBC. Our mission is to build a tight-knit and interconnected student body by showcasing the amazing initiatives and projects of campus groups as well as hosting our own original events and collaborations. Whether it's your very first day of university or you're finishing off the last of your credits, UBC is buzzing with exciting, new and fun things to do and we're here to help you find it. What began as simply aggregating and promoting the day-to-day social life of UBC has grown and expanded to encompass athletics, Greek life, other club’s flagship events, hidden gems of campus and everything in between, truly becoming the mirror of UBC’s evolving social identity.


From the wildest first-year rites of passage to crazy thousand-person paint parties, cozy nights of arts and culture and unforgettable snowball fights viewed around the world, TheCalendar is here to push the limits of your university experience. Come develop skills in digital marketing, human resources, professional photography, administrative management, and so much more! (We're all about that #workhardplayharder lifestyle) Join our team to celebrate classic campus traditions, inspire the future direction of the university experience and have an everlasting impact on thousands of lives across UBC.
