Job Description

Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator to provide ordering and fulfillment support to business channels and vendors via email and call ques within a contact centre environment for our large Telecom Client. - 3106


Location: Mississauga (Hybrid 1 day per week onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the position ofSupply Chain Coordinatoris an essential part of the department.The incumbent will be responsible for the contact experience during the ordering, fulfilment or return process to internal and external clients. Be the liaison contact for the Supply Chain group across many business channels and vendors throughout the order journey.



Responsibilities:

  • Process manual adjustments accurately and in detail (credits, debt or claims) when applicable
  • Validation of confidential information and while identifying fraudulent activities
  • Respond to emails and queued call inquiries promptly and accurately through telephone and email in English and French
  • Provide support to channels through a variety of ordering platforms. Communicating with an understanding of negotiation and coaching to supported channels at various levels of business
  • Investigate situations as a liaison between various 3PL’s and supported channels as a key contact for support on fulfilment and reverse support
  • Validation of electronic and manual orders/returns when needed
  • Execution of reports when needed

MUST HAVES:

  • Bilingual: English and French(Spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge ofExcel 2016 / Outlook 2016 / Word 2016

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge AMDOCS/NM1/RMS
  • Working knowledge ofIntranet
