Roles & Responsibilities

• Supporting inventory management in driving working capital efficiencies.
• Finance business partnering for third-party manufacturing units.
• Drive supply chain efficiency and establish proper monitoring and reporting system for KPI’s in supply chain operations (Make/Non-make).
• Forecasting (annually/quarterly and monthly) total supply chain cost.
• Driving excellence in materials utilization in the factory by analyzing and reporting material consumption variances.
• Continuously monitoring and reporting both direct and indirect factory cost
• Ensuring all provisions, write-off/up and other exceptional to the inventories are updated monthly.
• Ensuring financial control in place of all manufacturing activities.
• Ensuring the hygiene of standard cost in SAP system is maintained.
• Ensuring effective and efficient stock counting system.
• Analysing and providing reasons for physical stock count variances & driving actions and implementing controls to minimize variances.
• Ensuring the accuracy of total company inventory valuation.
• Budgeting process and performance management.
• Monitoring and investigating product/SKU margins (Gross Margin Variance analysis).
• Conducting monthly commercial review meeting related to supply chain cost.

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work independently.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering with at least a year in the FMCG industry.
• Has obtained a relevant finance qualification.
