Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or above degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.

Strong E2E process management thinking.

Identify and resolve non-compliant activities through awareness, training and escalation and working with the business stakeholders, Finance and Accounts Payable.

Perform other roles within the scope of the process and/or departmental initiatives as assigned and agreed with the Line Manager.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning & Performance, Contracting and Procurement.

Maintains Material/Services Request Form and ensures latest version is available.

Budgeting process and performance management.

Supporting inventory management in driving working capital efficiencies.

Has obtained a relevant finance qualification.

2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering with at least a year in the FMCG industry.

Finance business partnering for third-party manufacturing units.

Monitoring and investigating product/SKU margins (Gross Margin Variance analysis).

Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to the crew and coaching supervisors and employees to help them develop their skills and abilities.

Managing shipping/receiving schedule to ensure loading/unloading requirements are met.

Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred.

Prior experience as a supervisor is an asset, but not required.

Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to work as a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay supply management processes.

Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements and best practices.

Expedite orders and manage outstanding Purchase Orders on a daily basis.

3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within mining or an industrial environment.

Experience with business computer systems - ERPs (purchasing, expedite, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ideally Operational and/or Maintenance knowledge/experience

Manage department & business results, and coach/develops team members.

Continuous Improvement (CI) experience would be beneficial

Communication & customer service, both inter-departmentally and externally.

Collaborative leadership and building relationships.

Tactical role focused on execution & holding others accountable.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Evaluate the learning outcomes and experience of learners in the program with assessments that will be provided.

Use applicable educational technology such as Moodle, Blackboard, and others as needed.

Demonstrated experience teaching adult learners in a post-secondary environment.

Knowledge of the supply chain industry.

Experience teaching both in-person and online considered an asset.

Lead professional and skills development efforts of consulting staff

Regularly update finance on revenue recognition and profitability metrics

Consulting-driven solution selling skills. Demonstrated track record of developing and successfully selling large, high-impact solutions that deliver measurable business results

Project delivery skills. Demonstrated ability leading large teams and managing consulting projects leveraging data and analytics to drive measurable business results

Effective communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for a large spectrum of clientele
