Administrator - Vehicle Supply Chain

Holman has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Supply Chain Administrator based out of our Mississauga Office.

What will you do?

• Distribution of purchase orders for all order types
• Act as the main point of contact and answer and direct phone calls and e-mails related to new vehicle deliveries
• Interdepartmental support and other duties as required
• Responsible to audit dealer packages for all manufacturers and with a high degree of accuracy
• Entering data into internal systems and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
• Respond to internal/external queries in a professional and timely manner
• Coordination of licensing of new vehicle deliveries as required
