Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform physical inventory counts at fiscal year end and when necessary.
  • Analyze inventory turns, monitor expiry dates.
  • Process purchase orders,
  • Co-ordinate Canada customs releases when necessary
  • Manage stock levels, lot inbound inventory in the respective warehouse location.
  • Effectively monitor and track the flow of goods during the shipping process.
  • Assist on Customer Service/Order Desk when required.
  • Enter and maintain data in GS1 Canada’s website.
  • Review potential new products for import duties, taxes and compliance with CFIA.
  • Arrange Inbound/Outbound Freight


The successful candidate must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Problem solving ability to resolve the day-to-day situations as they arise.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
  • Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral communication complemented by tact and diplomacy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
