Supply Chain Clinical Coordinator Jobs

The successful candidate must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Manage stock levels, lot inbound inventory in the respective warehouse location.

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience performing Clinical Trial Supply Management or 4+ years of Clinical Supply Management experience.

Review and approve any pre-execution batch documentation required including label documents, packaging specifications, and logistics management documents.

Other duties may be assigned by management as required.

Computer Skills: Ability to perform complex computer tasks and have knowledge of various computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.

This position is 100% remote. Access to dedicated work space at home is required.

Participate in any meetings necessary to manage expectations and ensure clear communication.

Minimum of 3-5 years in Customer Service Experience or logistics an asset.

Post-secondary education is an asset.

Deal directly with customers and vendors by telephone, electronically and face to face

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Interact with traders, warehouse, and quality assurance departments to provide updates on all orders

Knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory Ability to evaluate staff, educational requirements and to conduct training and orientation sessions

Knowledge of Meditech Magic with ability to audit/analyze processes.

Establishes and maintains effective relationships and liaison with BCCSS and FH warehouse.

Provides support for system integration testing, updates, and trouble shooting with users.

Participates in user meetings; assists and/or undertakes a variety of projects as assigned by Director as appropriate.

Ability to operate related equipment including applicable software applications

Proficiency in supply chain management software, materials resource planning (MRP) systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management techniques, and logistics concepts.

Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers.

Manage Export shipments which includes the following: schedule shipments with freight forwarder, prepare required paperwork, and file required documentation.

Manage Import shipments working with our inter-company partners, customers, and suppliers.

2-5 years experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and third-party logistics (3PL) processes is advantageous.

High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (nice to have)

Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery to various locations.

Proven experience working in supply chain coordination, logistics, or related roles.

Collaborate with the operations and innovations team to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Through our system, maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.

Works with Procurement Planner to complete cycle counting requirements

Responsible for accuracy of data entry in the AS400 and CHEP entries. Works with team to ensure correct receiving paperwork.

Maintains the training database/documents, ensures required certifications up to date and training scheduled.

Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of function, including data entry, filing and any other work as assigned.

Excellent computer skills including Office Suite, AS400 and the ability to learn new systems and train others.

Works with scheduling and manufacturing to ensure product available for manufacturing, sales, and material replenishment.

·Over 15 years of international experience in project planning and controls, manufacturing, and material management

·Strong knowledge of procurement, Just in Time (JIT), and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

·Problem solving and strong negotiation skills

·Solid knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)

·H2S ALIVE, WHMIS, First Aid, CSTS & OSSA certified

General understanding of Supply Chain Management best practices and requirements

Proficient with inventory management software and other industry standard software and with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

University degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or similar

Manage inventory, including all inventory adjustments and pick lists.

Able to work collaboratively with other employees and departments to support time sensitive customer requirements.

Able to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to problems or involve the necessary people to ensure the problem is properly resolved.

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Data Entry – Add, Update information into a Backorder File

Experience in Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, TEAMS)

Supply Chain or Customer Service Experience preferred

Review inventory against backorders and work with Supply Chain and Customer Service to determine how to allocate inventory

Identify product availability dates and communicate to Customer Service and Sales Reps

Advise customers the ETAs for back ordered items

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field

- Experience in managing ocean shipping operations, including documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with logistics partners

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners

- Develop and execute effective inventory planning strategies to meet customer demands and minimize stockouts

- Coordinate and execute timely and accurate shipping activities, including documentation, customs compliance, and ocean shipping arrangements

Undergraduate degree in Science, Finance, or Engineering required

Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required

Experience troubleshooting problems and creating solutions through analytics and evidence required

Experience working in a highly process driven, IT enabled environment required

Experience communicating with technical and non-technical people to gain consensus on decisions as necessary an asset

High degree of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required

Sound technical knowledge and adaptability; proficiency with technology, including, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and course management system.

Create and maintain efficient and detailed electronic and paper file management processes

A degree/Higher diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Information & Communication Technology, Education, or related disciplines
