Supply Chain Coordinator:

We are searching for a Sales & Operations coordinator that can juggle many tasks at once, that would enjoy working with a dynamic team across North America and is excited to be on the ground floor with the innovative company. Reporting to and working directly with senior management, the successful candidate is a focused, self-starter who takes ownership and actively contributes as part of the Operations Team decision-making process to ensure successful attainment of all business goals.

SpecificDuties:

• Oversee shipping/receiving and fulfilment

• Oversee inventory and provide month end inventory counts by location

• Track and report on logistics and best practices for process improvement

• Assist sales and marketing with inventory planning and the movement of products for promotional events requiring shipment of finished goods.

• Prepare all necessary documents for cross border shipment and working with customs brokers

• Monitor and act on customer inquiry directly related to shipping and customer sales support.

• Coordinate needs of the operations team to ensure movement of all good

• Provide sales data & operations reports as required

• Manage retail partner vendor portals

• Manage Outcast CRM system

Qualifications/Skills:

· CPG operations experience preferred or closely related qualifications

· Previous customer service experience

· CRM system knowledge

· Above average computer skills

· Microsoft office, outlook & excel

· PowerPoint

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· CPG operations experience is considered an asset

Compensation

A compensation package will be designed to attract outstanding talent and will include a base salary and an attractive benefits package.
