Supply Chain Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple divisions such as customer service, transportation, and returns to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Utilize your expertise in key areas of the supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, returns management, and customer service.
Create dynamic reports to track performance and key measurable metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Efficiently manage various systems, both internal and external, to successfully accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Foster strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Document and collect data to support other departments and activities.
Apply cost and service-driven decision-making to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
Previous experience in load planning and order management is a plus.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong proficiency in Excel, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and remotely with colleagues.
Proven problem-solving skills within defined practices and policies.
Sound knowledge of logistics operations and overall supply chain management.
Ability to identify and recommend solutions to common delivery cycle challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Comfortable working in an open office environment for extended periods.
