We work with internal clients i.e. Sales and Product Team to define our IT needs, and show them how to get there. We provide technological solutions and support appficiency’s enterprise's need to improve performance and better compete in the market. Whether our clients are looking for a solution, a focused change initiative or a full-scale enterprise transformation, our team delivers IT solutions that help create a sustainable competitive advantage.

The Commitment

• Simultaneously work on 6+client projects/engagements
• Identify and drive improvements in process and SBC skill development for at least some of the staff
• Provide oversight for implementation projects
• Min 10-15 successful/referenceable implementations (incl. complex implementations)
• Ability to conduct complete Requirements/Design/Delivery in multiple verticals, applications and integrations
• Create one micro-vertical implementation drop-in bundle
• Ensure communication across projects are productive internally
• Ensure Appficiency principles and procedures are being followed in all projects
• Mentor and train consultants
• Create new enterprise value outside of predetermined/assigned job functions
• Demo/Pre-Sales of Appy solutions and products
• Ensure strong referenceable client base (foresee, mitigate and manage all client issues)
• 80 hours billable work delivered monthly as an individual contributor for the quarter.

The Essentials

• Experience with NetSuite, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• MBA in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; certification may be preferred or required.
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
• Willingness and desire to travel. Usual travel can be up to 25% of total time but can be higher on certain projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in consulting, IT, software, or specific business models such as distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, media & advertising, or finance
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
• Typically has 15 years experience in Solutioning or MS/MA/MBA/JD.
