We are looking for a Fleet Vehicle Delivery Associate to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Associate, you will be responsible for working with Element’s network of delivering fleet vehicle dealers to answer questions and resolve issues around new vehicle deliveries. You will obtain status on new vehicle deliveries and obtain delivery dates to drives revenue.

A Day in the Life

• Initiate outbound calls and perform follow up in order to drive resolution.
• Interact cross functionally to research and resolve issues related to new vehicle deliveries.
• Respond to dealer inquiries via e-mail and phone.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records on the status of unresolved issues.
• Manage and resolve issues related to damaged vehicles, title & license.
• Take appropriate action to resolve issues delaying the receipt of invoices or delivery of vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience working within financial services, or fleet industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 1 - 2 years business experience required, with direct client or vendor interaction preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience utilizing salesforce preferred.
