Following process of inventory management- incoming, transfers, home delivery.

3 years of experience driving the equivalent of a 5 ton vehicle (single axle box truck).

2-4 years of customer service experience.

Knowledge of the Winnipeg City and surround areas.

Experience working with cell phone and GPS.

You are part of the vendor selection and management process where appropriate

You prepare and execute Statement of Work (SOW) with vendor for local drug management

University degree in Health Science, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered)

You review, discuss, and communicate packaging and labelling requirements, as defined by the protocol, with vendors

Two years experience in Clinical Research or related industry

Strong social and interpersonal skills (written and oral). You will be confident speaking to Health Care Professionals.

Performing other duties as assigned by Transportation manager and/or Supervisors.

Driving a Sprinter van around the lower mainland (General routes - Burnaby – Delta - Surrey - PoCo.)

Driving a forklift to move pallets off of delivery trucks

Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.

Excellent time management and ability to help media operations and planning teams meet urgent deadlines.

Relevant work experience in non-digital (Broadcast and Print and Out-of-Home) media buying and delivery or operations.

Experience with contract / audit compliance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience with media systems such as Adtraq or EAS.
