Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associatefor our client, a leader in the building supplies industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with picking & packing orders in the warehouse
- Working with customers and answering phone calls, checking inventory
- Taking orders, shipping/receiving and putting them away
- Picking up fasteners and other products from suppliers based around the lower mainland
- Driving a Sprinter van around the lower mainland (General routes - Burnaby – Delta - Surrey - PoCo.)
- Picking up boxes of construction fasteners/other building materials and delivering them to customers locations(not work-sites)
- Driving a forklift to move pallets off of delivery trucks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years' delivery driving experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Physically fit & capable – able to lift 50lbs or more
- Class 5 Driver's license (clean abstract) and a minimum of 5 years with adrivers license
- Forklift experience (ticket is a plus)
- Lives in or not too far from Burnaby (due to traffic)
- Previous customer service experience
