Assistant Retail Manager - The Wine Shop

We are hiring for Assistant Store Manager - a unique leadership position with responsibilities across multiple store locations in the Downtown Toronto and West Toronto area.

The Wine Shop (TWS) is a vibrant and healthy one hundred and one store retail system devoted to pouring extraordinary into everyday life through best in class customer service, products and experiences!

We are seeking an inspirational leader, focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences and building a collaborative environment. The Assistant Retail Manager will be accountable for supporting store operations and teammate training & engagement at our Sobeys Toronto, Bloor West Village and Yorkville Village Locations.

We Are Looking For a Leader With

• A strong business sense with a creative desire to increase sales
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Proven leadership results
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis, as well as frequent need to stand, bend, and twist.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work on a weekly basis.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel
