Job Description
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed temporary full time Assistant to support the Records Management department.
The Assistant, Records Management is responsible for maintaining employee files including receiving and tracking requests, retrieving files, reviewing, and summarizing confidential information, and ensuring confidentiality and security of the contents, in accordance with organizational policy. The Assistant, Records Management will also research, make recommendations, and implement new efficiencies in filing within the HR and Payroll Departments.
Starting salary will be approximately from $39,797 to $49,746 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions

  • Ability to operate related equipment including computer software applications (Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to keyboard at 45 w.p.m.

  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Basic research skills to investigate issues and compile information.
  • Ability to foster and maintain good working relationships within a team environment.
