Our client, a major player in the life reinsurance industry is looking to hire an Administration Analyst for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
  • Enter new business transactions into the administration system from reinsurance transaction files provided by clients;
  • Prepare correspondence for clients regarding new business transactions requiring adjustments;
  • Any other related work;
  • Collaborate with internal/external auditors and the various teams in the Administration Department on audit mandates;
  • Analyze and complete the entry of new business transactions rejected by the automated processing;
  • Prepare reinsurance invoices for clients;
  • Test reinsurance treaties entered into the administration system;
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken);
  • Good computer skills (EXCEL, WORD and Outlook);
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, administration or related discipline (required);
  • Knowledge of the life insurance or life reinsurance industry is an asset;
Abilities:
  • Logical, complex and analytical skills;
  • Ability to synthesize information;
  • Customer focus;
  • Ability to work on several files at the same time;
  • Ability to work on several files at the same time; Demonstrates organization, initiative, autonomy and proactivity;
  • Ability to learn new software;
