A good working knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL is a must.

Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others, by sharing knowledge and experiences and leveraging best practices.

Guide and complement the assigned portfolio in terms of financial, regulatory and risk management requirements

Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations

Track and communicate regulatory changes to assist TD in the management of regulatory risk

Escalate material or significant issues to Senior Management, Audit Committee and/or Board of Directors, as appropriate

Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team

·Lead project requirement management in Compliance IT.

·Own the management information and requirement gathering initiative to develop operational reporting capability.

·Bachelor in Computer Science, Management, IT or Information System.

·Design, deliver, project management and people management domain.

·Manage elicitation of requirement for project in parallel to deliver solution for Compliance IT.

·5+ years of experience in IT or process engineering

In this role you will lead various project’s requirements management process in Corporate IT.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).

Prepare and contribute to any project deliverables - scope documents, requirements, project plans, test plans, communication plans, standard operating procedures, etc.

Identify, document and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create solutions to mitigate adverse impacts.

5-7 years’ work experience with IT or process engineering

Process mapping/ process improvement experience

Prepare and contribute to any project deliverables - scope documents, requirements, project plans, test plans, communication plans, standard operating procedures, etc.

Identify, document, and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create solutions to mitigate adverse impacts.

5-7 years’ work experience with IT or process engineering

Process mapping/ process improvement experience

Experience as a business analyst working with e-Discovery and/or Trade Surveillance applications would be a plus.

Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge and Experience that are assets:

Work closely with regulators and third parties to coordinate, prepare and manage audits, examinations and reviews.

Act as a key resource for business units of company and regulatory business conduct compliance requirements

In-depth knowledge of the Canadian securities industry, including SRO and CSA regulations

3+ years related experience required preferably in a compliance or audit role

Experience in Compliance Programs including administering formal audits

Completing requirements (BRD) and associated functional requirements (FDD) by working with business stakeholders and facilitating working sessions and meetings.

Complete business future state process flows based on requirements and gap analysis.

Determine client requirements and transform them into system requirements.

Bridge understanding of business requirements between business partners and technology and assist/and or translate business requirements to system requirements.

Work with end users to determine business needs/requirements for new/enhanced systems or applications.

Be comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project). MS-Visio and MS Project experience is a must.

Knowledge of the life insurance/reinsurance sector is an asset.

Support the CCO Office in implementing the new global legal entity governance requirements being implemented.

Work with Finance and Risk to complete the ICAAP assessment.

Bachelor’s/University degree in Risk, Finance or Audit disciplines. Master’s degree a plus.

5 years or more relevant work experience in Chief Administrative Office or Chief Operating Office a plus.

5+ years’ experience within banking required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL, WORD and Outlook)

Knowledge of the life insurance or life reinsurance fields, an asset

Sense of logic, complexity and strong analytical skills
