Job Description
*** New administrative agent contract for a minimum of 6 months (with possibility of extension/permanence) for an airline located in Ville Saint Laurent ***
Onsite position (Ville Saint-Laurent)
Position: Administrative agent
37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Salary from $21 to $22 (paid weekly)
6 month contract (with high probability of extension and permanence)
We are looking for a bilingual person who has experience in the administrative field and is comfortable with computer systems.

Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Manager, Integrated Management and Quality Assurance, your daily tasks will be as follows:
  • Create reports in database
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Prepare various administrative elements for meetings (French and English invitations, agenda and minutes).
  • Maintain employee records, lists and databases
  • Participate in the company’s safety management system
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail, communication skills in both official languages, reliable and time management
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) French/English
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
