Receive students in the Exam Invigilation Centre

Ensures the integrity of the examination process and ensures the security of exams

Respond to telephone, routine correspondence, and electronic mail of the Exam Invigilation Centre (Access Centre) and receive students and staff

Ensure that exam invigilation and loaner laptops are maintained and updated as per ITS protocols

Refers students to academic departments, other College services or to other educational institutions as needed

Assists with the Secondary V verification for Day and Continuing Education

Updates the New Student Information booklet each semester in collaboration with the administrative technicians and manager

Assists in providing general college admissions and program requirements through participation in high school visits and special events

At least one year of pertinent experience

High degree of accuracy in clerical work and data entry

Act as an internal advocate for the player experience to partner teams

Manage and create internal documentation for game and support related processes

Collaborates with other departments on improving the game experience for players

2 - 4 years of experience providing exceptional customer service

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Technical troubleshooting skills as they relate to PC gaming and hardware

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Salary between $21-$22 paid weekly
