Our Accounting department is Growing! We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative to add to our team!

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Credit checks & Setup of New accounts
  • Month end reconciliation
  • Monitor aging accounts (some collection calls may be required)
  • Process customer payments
  • Respond to customers’ requests for credit notes, invoice copies
What Makes You And Ideal Candidate
  •  Ability to complete assignments under tight time frames coupled with the flexibility to work
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
  • Extended hours, when required, to complete work as assigned.
  • General office skills are required
  • Must be process driven
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Sage100 an asset or similar accounting software is preferred
