Job Description
AGM Renovations provides quality renovations services throughout Canada and USA. Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent and we are currently hiring a full-time Account Receivable Clerk to work remotely.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review FastField form submission for collection
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Initiate conversations with customers to discuss their accounts and missed payments
  • Manage client relationships
  • Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy prior to delivering to clients
  • Record AR transactions in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile deposits received to contracts signed. Ensure all signed contract deposits have been collected
  • Facilitate documents for execution for client financing arrangements
  • Proactively informing management of delinquent accounts which require further action
  • Work with the finance team to resolve customer discrepancies
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an A/R role
  • Post secondary diploma in accounting (or a related field), or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • At least 1 year of experience with QuickBooks
  • Highly organized individual with excellent prioritization skills and great attention to detail
