Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have opportunities for Accounting Analysts to join our accounting team located in our Winnipeg Head Office. These permanent, full-time positions will provide recent graduates with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills while preparing them for growth and advancement within our finance teams. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be provided with support and guidance from a professionally-designated Richardson CPA mentor while working towards your CPA designation.
Responsibilities:

• Reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts
• Preparing month-end accounting journal entries
• Investigating outstanding issues and identifying potential solutions
• Completing special projects as required
• Creating and presenting financial and operational reports to the Manager of Finance

Qualifications:

• Possess post-secondary education in accounting, finance or business administration and enrolled in a recognized accounting program
• The ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work toward deadlines
• Demonstrated computer experience with MS Excel.
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience in Manufacturing Accounting considered an asset
