About Scatr: Scatr is a Toronto-based start-up and a leading provider of next-generation drug-checking solutions for public health clinics. Our cutting-edge detection systems help ensure the safety and well-being of communities by identifying harmful substances and preventing overdoses. We are dedicated to empowering public health clinics and are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the accounts of multiple sites utilizing our detection systems. Formal scientific training is not required, however, a strong willingness to learn the essentials of the devices we sell is required. Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain relationships with clients across multiple public health clinic sites
· Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and concerns promptly
· Effectively monitor and analyze account performance
· Proactively identify areas for improvement
· Conduct site visits to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction
· Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account performance
· Develop a strong understanding of Scatr's detection systems and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
· Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and development of the company
Requirements:
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
· 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Basic understanding of scientific principles or ability to quickly grasp technical concepts (expertise is not required)
· Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
· Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
· Strong technical skills in excel, google drive, iOS.
