Account Manager – Part-time

3 days per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm with flexibility OR 5 days per week, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Do you have a passion for driving sales and building strong client relationships? Are you confident in your sales abilities, with a knack for understanding and exceeding client needs? If so, Timely Harvest is looking for you! We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Account Manager. As an Account Manager at Timely Harvest, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, bring in new clients, and nurture existing relationships.

Our team is a dynamic, collaborative, multi-faceted and excited for these new potential opportunities.  

  • We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week OR 5 half days). This is an entry-level position. There will be opportunity to grow into a full-time role as you excel in driving sales and building client relationships.


Skills & Experience 

You have:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Motivated and Reliable: Self-driven with a proactive approach to work.
  • Passion for Health & Wellness: Genuine enthusiasm for the Health and Wellness and a keen interest in holistic nutrition, food as medicine and learning.  
  • Entry-Level Experience: Some prior experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates or individuals looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 

Responsibilities 

Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Generating new business; targeting key accounts, grocery chains, setting up meetings with buyers, coordinating samples, following up to close accounts
  • Sales Support when needed: Create invoices. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of sales documentation. Collaborate with the finance department to address any client inquiries related to invoices. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a reliable and trusted point of contact. Actively engage with clients to address their questions, concerns, and feedback. Maintain regular communication to keep clients informed about project progress and ensure their satisfaction. 
  • New Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and targeting potential clients. Conduct market research, network with industry professionals, attend relevant events, and leverage your existing connections to establish a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 
  • Participate in on-site (store) demo’s
  • Customer Discovery Calls: Conduct informative and engaging discovery calls with clients via video meetings or phone calls.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships. Continuously anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential.
