Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of automotive solutions to clients across the globe. They are seeking an Account Manager/ Executive (Automotive) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
As an Account Manager / Executive (Automotive), you will be responsible for managing key client accounts while identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction with their services. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, understand clients’ specific needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve clients’ objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with our services by regularly communicating with clients and addressing their concerns and feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on our services and capabilities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop account plans to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new technologies, regulations, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving objectives.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or executive level role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of automotive industry trends and regulations.
