6+ years of hands-on Product Management

Run design sessions to dive deep into use cases, profile users, understand key features, and design a delightful user experience

Manage feature prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with the Development team

Experience working on front-end for enterprise data products

Experience in life sciences with an understanding of commercial operations

Experience with prescription/medical claims data

5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, preferably in SaaS

Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps. Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing

Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations

Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking to bring products to market

Configuration, Performance and Fault management requirements

Work with radio, cloud platform and server hardware partners and hardware product management team for defining solution blueprints.

Assist Product Management teams in defining product roadmaps, responding to customer RFIs and RFPs and participating in RFI/RFP defense.

Expertise in 5G, LTE and LTE-Advanced technology especially in 3GPP RAN and O-RAN protocol layers and management aspects is required.

Work with Sales teams to define customer requirements, perform TCO analysis, drive performance studies and define solution architectures and blueprints.

Experience with 4G or 5G control protocol stacks RRC, S1-AP, X2-AP, NG development.

Minimum of 5 - 8 years of product management experience required

Product Management or related experience in the healthcare technology industry preferred

Develop essential product documentation including Business Case, Business Requirements/Product Specifications and user cases

Own product backlog and collaborate closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog
