Overview A Full Time Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities and events for an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all activities and events are planned and executed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Full Time Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities and events for an organization. This includes creating and maintaining schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all activities and events are planned and executed in a timely and efficient manner. The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all activities and events are properly planned and executed. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of scheduling software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Planning, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or scheduling
• Knowledge of event planning and scheduling software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of event planning and scheduling software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Knowledge of customer service principles
Job Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or scheduling

• Create and maintain schedules for activities and events
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all activities and events are planned and executed in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide support to other departments as needed
