Overview The Client Service Director is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring that their needs are met. They are the primary point of contact for clients and are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with them. They must be able to effectively manage client expectations and ensure that they are met. They must be able to provide accurate and timely information to clients and ensure that their requests are fulfilled. Client Service Director Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
